Every service has a fixed price, published right here. Small businesses usually start with a Systems Checkup, and growing teams start with a Portal Audit.

Before I suggest anything new, I'll look at what you're already paying for. If a free plan covers what you need, you can trust me to tell you. If an upgrade makes sense, you'll see the real first-year cost before you commit to anything.

## How payment works

One-off work is paid upfront through a payment link, so you never need a sales call to buy. Projects start with 50% upfront, or 40% on projects over $8,000, and retainers bill monthly in advance.

## What I don't do

Content calendars, ad management, social media, design, and website builds. If that's what you need, I'll say so in my first reply and point you to someone who does.

## Before you write

### Do I need HubSpot?

Often, no. Plenty of small businesses do fine on HubSpot's free plan or a simpler CRM. I'll tell you which one fits and when you'd outgrow it.

### Do you work with larger companies?

Yes. I work with growing companies of up to about 100 people, as a part-time HubSpot admin or on a defined build. If HubSpot Professional is the right call for your team, I'll say so.

### Do you earn commissions on the software you recommend?

No. I'm not a paid partner or affiliate of any software company, and if that ever changes, I'll tell you before I recommend anything.

### What if a Setup Project is more than I can spend right now?

Start with a Single Fix or a Systems Checkup. Both are fixed price, and the Checkup counts toward a Setup Project if you book one within 30 days.

### Do you work with compliance-sensitive products?

Yes. I've worked with e-commerce brands that run into email and ad platform restrictions, and I plan around them from day one.

### How do you handle scope changes?

In writing. If something falls outside what we agreed on, you'll see the cost and the added time before anything extra starts.

### Do I have to sign up for a retainer?

No. Most work is fixed-price one-offs and projects. Monthly Support is for past project clients, and Fractional Admin starts with a three-month commitment.
