What a working system does for a business.

Two builds, from the problem to the payoff. Client details stay confidential, and the work speaks for itself.

Direct-to-consumer and wholesale

Turning scattered data into revenue

A fast-growing botanical retailer was selling online and to wholesale buyers, with no single place to see either side of the business.

The challenge

Orders lived in Shopify while customer conversations were scattered across other tools. Nobody could say which marketing was paying off, shoppers who abandoned their carts were simply lost, and wholesale inquiries had no process at all.

The solution

Every order in one place

Shopify now syncs orders, carts, products, and customers into HubSpot in real time. Each order becomes a deal in the right pipeline with more than 40 details attached, from payment status to the campaign that brought the customer in.

A pipeline for each way they sell

Retail orders move through stages driven by Shopify's fulfillment status. Wholesale deals follow a seven-stage sales process with forecasting built in, so the team can see what's likely to close.

Automation that works around the clock

Dozens of workflows handle the follow-up nobody had time for. Abandoned cart recovery reaches shoppers at two hours, one day, and three days, with an offer in the final message. Lapsed customers get re-engaged, wholesale inquiries flow straight into the sales pipeline, and support tickets route themselves.

Reports leadership can act on

Twenty dashboards cover sales, marketing attribution, e-commerce performance, and support response times, all built on consistent campaign tracking.

Built to keep working

Role-based permissions, clean naming, regular audits, and a full admin runbook keep the portal reliable as the team grows.

E-commerce launch

A new brand that tracks every sale from day one

A direct-to-consumer supplement brand needed its store, CRM, and analytics working together from the start. I co-own this brand and built every system behind it.

The challenge

A new brand can't afford guesswork. Every sale needed to trace back to where the customer came from, and no shopper who left a cart could slip away.

The solution

Store and CRM, connected

The Shopify store feeds customers and orders into HubSpot, and abandoned cart automation follows up with shoppers who leave before checking out.

Analytics that answer questions

Google Analytics 4 tracks every purchase, and Search Console shows which searches bring people in.

Content that builds the brand

The blog moved off a HubSpot subdomain onto the store's own domain, where it strengthens the brand's search presence.

Every sale traced to its sourceAnd a live store where new setups get tested before they reach a client's account.
